【Product Description】

The KSON KTE700120Ust 120mm StarTouch reflector telescope is mounted on a Alt/Az Yoke mount. The mount features solid metal construction, with micro-adjustment knobs in declination for slow motion controls. The mount is attached to a very sturdy, fully adjustable, pre-assembled metal tripod with retractable rubber feet, with the triangle accessory tray attached among the legs, it reinforces the stabilization of the the telescope attached to the mount for better performance.

The KSON KTE700120Ust 120mm StarTouch reflector optical tube assembly features a 700mm focal length. The objective lens is an 120mm mirror with higher reflectivity coating, surface is protected by SiO2 coating. The tube itself is Zinc-plated steel, painted flat black internally for excellent visual and CCD imaging. It has a resolving power of 0.97 arc seconds. The optical tube assembly is diffraction limited at λ4 (1/4 wave in Sodium light). The finderscope is KSON’s RED DOT electronic Finderscope which helps by getting the observer behind the telescope without losing the surrounding field of view when targeting objects.

Equipped with the The KSON Multi-Adaptor (“MA”) which is designed to enhance your astronomy experience by allowing you to integrate the use of your smartphone and red dot finder with your telescope. Use your time for viewing, not looking for the target!  Sweep your telescope across the sky using the app as a smart guide to find whatever you like, use the red dot finder to make a fine adjustment next, and immediately enjoy a perfect view through your telescope! It is compatible with a wide variety of apps including SKeye (Android in Playstore) and Sky Guide (iOS in App store).  The KSON MA can hold a variety of smartphones in several positions, cameras (which use a common 1/4-20 UNC thread) and more.
